Some clients come to us with a complete home plan in place, while others are looking for more guidance. We will meet you where you are in the process and provide you with the resources you need to set you up for success.
Once you’ve purchased land and have a vision for your future home, we’ll help you explore all your options and discuss how we can best help you bring your vision to life. Then, we'll solidify a contract before moving to the next step.
Before we begin your home construction, we’ll meet to discuss in detail the process, procedures, communication preferences and other important logistics. We’ll set you up on Builder Trend, our online platform where you can see daily updates on your build, track your budget, and message directly with our team. We'll then pull permits to prepare for building!
It’s time to break ground! During the construction phase, you can expect complete transparency and regular communications including:
- Daily updates and photos in Builder Trend
- Weekly recap and what’s to come
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly meetings to make design selections
